It was good to have something to hand most of the time. Especially at periods where I was feeling the need to press the ‘Blue’. It helped to vent frustration by pressing something in my hand.
I use it to see when I feel low, under pressure or up against life. If I have pressed the blue button more than once in a day I know I need to either: go to the gym, go for a walk with the dog or take some much needed time out
I’m finding it really interesting recording my mood at different points of the day and seeing if there are patterns for how I feel day to day.
